Allied Financial Services Private Limited was incorporated on 24th day of January 1995 having its registered office at 11, Central Market, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi which is now changed to 304-305, Vikas Deep Building, District Center, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi-110092 with the main object of carrying the business of Share Brokers & Financial Consultants.

The Company was promoted by group of professionally managed persons which is headed by Sh. R.P Basia, a Chartered Accountant by profession having a vast experience in the field of finance & Investments. Other directors of the company being Sh. Rajeev Kumar Asopa & Sh. Lalit Agarwal, both are Company Secretaries by Profession.

Company on 30th August 1995 becomes the member of The National Stock Exchange of India Limited, Mumbai.

Thereafter company started the online trading of shares and successfully made trading clients. The strength of clients increases considerably day by day and the turnover of the company also increase to manifold.

Company then decided to acquire the membership of National Security Depository Limited (NSDL) for becoming the Depository Participant (DP) of NSDL. NSDL granted the DP to company on 8th day of January 2000.

The Company is administered by professionally managed staff with segregated duties. The DP operations are headed by Mr. Dinesh Singh Rawat as the head & the Trading operations are headed by Mr. Sandeep Kumar Gupta both are NCFM qualified personnels.

The Company has more then 5500 clients which are operating their demat Account with the Company.
